Adaptation to the new pair of insoles takes from 3 to 4 weeks.

At the next appointment a month later, the doctor will assess the changes in your gait and posture and will examine the deformities of the insoles. If necessary, special functional wedges will be used for their correction. These wedges are no bigger than a match, but they can eliminate a large number of foot problems.

In the majority of cases, one correction is enough for the comfortable use of insoles.
